Module Introduction Videos
The videos below are introductions to some of the modules. They provide learners with an overview of what will be expected of them during the course and why. They do include closed captions for accessiblity.
Module 1
The course is about helping educators reduce their levels of stress. Module 1 is an introduction to why stress is so harmful. There's information presented as well as a quiz, reflection assignment, and discussion. The reflection assignment in particular is personalized so students can really begin to think about their goals for the course. This will comprehensively address the learning objective Students will reflect upon the presented research and strategies. This introductory video gives them an idea about the activities to expect, a bit about navigating the course, as well as a general overview of the course.
Module 2

Module 2 is the first time a strategy is presented in the course and modules 2-7 are all setup similarly. This video should be sufficient to introduce the learners of the course to this middle section of the course.
The learning objectives are:
1. Students will summarize each burnout prevention strategy.
2. Students will evaluate each strategy and share ideas about how to make it work in their lives.
3. Students will implement each strategy for a week.
4. Students will reflect upon each strategy.
The strategy presented in module 2 is finding support and the video I created explains how to complete each part of the module so the learning objectives can be achieved. The same learning objectives and types of activities happen throughout modules 2-7 so they will be prepared without having to watch videos in every module.
