If you would like a copy of the checklist, please choose a PDF version or a Microsoft Word Version below

If you would like a copy of the checklist in Google form version, click below.

When you click the button you will be able to make a copy of the Google form.

An advantage of using the checklist in Google form is that each checklist completed will be saved in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet can later be used to compare resources and pick the best ones.

Alternatively, if you use the Google form as a quiz, you can add points to each element. More points can be assigned to the elements that are most important to the course that is being designed. In this way, the "grades" could be used to compare resources and choose the best option.

Example of a completed checklist:

Based on the design document I created, I found an open educational resource on OER Commons that would be something I would consider using in the course. I completed the checklist and found it to be a pretty great resource. Click the button to see the checklist and summary at the bottom.
